If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, please keep in mind that fees may be charged to offset associated custodial costs. Any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the district.

Certificates of coverage and compliance forms can be uploaded directly into ML Schedules. If this function is not working, they can also be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to our fiscal office at 240 SE Dexter Street.
We require 24 hours' notice for any facility rental cancellations. If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, you will be billed for the rental costs.
