IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Last Day of School for Students will be Friday, June 12, 2026
We are pleased to inform you that the Pullman School District has received a waiver for the school closure days on December 17 & 18, 2026 that was a result of the significant windstorm that caused major power outages and hazardous roadway conditions in our area.
The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) approved our 180-day School Year Waiver application, which was submitted under the authority granted by RCW 28A.300.750 and RCW 28A.150.200 through 28A.150.220. This waiver allows us to be exempt from the basic education requirement of a minimum 180-day school year under certain circumstances.
As a result, students will not be required to make up the missed school days and the last day of school will be Friday, June 12, 2026 as scheduled. |
